TLR Behind the scenes with voices up...

Pretty much everyone's ruined except for Ackar and MN.

I agree KZ... Kiina, Gresh and Berix are... well, definitely not good. Mata Nui and Ackar sound good though, Kiina seems to excited, Berix, I agree, sounds like a kid. Gresh? Well...

...if you've read the comics, the voice for him is terrible.

Berix is the worst. Kiina is kinda annoying. And gresh seems just like a normal person. It's ok

Yeah. Kiina's excitement i understand,so she's tolerable,Berix is EXACTLY how kz described him,and Gresh's voice isn't noble enough.....

Ackar and MN are good,though.

now,onto buisness....I got Gelu and Stronius today. Gelu is AWESOME,only con is his legs are too long,and Stronius....he's mostly good,but his chest armor is pretty flimsy and his shoulder armor is lackluster.

Those are the only two I own, and Gelu's legs don't seem that long. And his chest and shoulder armor are the same so...

Oh,and also,his sword is partially plastic,kinda annoying.

Vastus' spear is half-rubber too.
Not sure about Kiina's weapon, since I already know about Stronius,' Gelu's, Vastus', MN's and Ackar's weapon due to varyingg descriptions.

Also, what do you mean is shoulder armour is lackluster? It's the same as the body armour, which is a new piece,

Well, i mean it can move,and prevents the arms from pointing STRAIGHT up,also known as movement limitation.

I got Ackar yesterday. He looks cool overall, but he's skinny. Very skinny. The shin armour moves around a lot, and the box shows chrome hands, right? (Well, it looks like that) They're actually dark grey. But I like the flame.

IMPORTANT!!! glatorian arena will update this August!

Dude, that's been there since the web update.
Anyway, Stronius' Chest armour can be fixed by the EASIEST FIX EVAH.
All you need to do is put it on the upper set of holes instead of the lower set of holes.

The update will have the Glatorian Legends, Backflips, and I don't know if you can have Glatorian Vs. GL matches, there''s also a new location.

49.99 and in stock. But not on the Lego Shop website. (Kinda makes it an exclusive doesn't it?)
Looks like they are some what limited in stock in the stores.
I've called two near me. One got 3 in stock another got 6 and they got them yesterday the 21'st.
So grab one quick if you have a mind to before the lego sharks buy them all and sell em on eBay for $70 and up (which btw has already started)

Well I got the Titan Toa Mata Nui last night. Must say no DVD included it's just a box teaser. }:>(

Not sure what your criteria is of a good set.

But I for one enjoyed putting him together very much.

It's like building a technics model form my child hood daqys and I loved technics before.

He's got some pieces I really like. The shield launcher is pretty cool looking.

His hands are actual hands with bendable fingers and thumb.

There's plenty of hydraulic actuators for the legs arms torso.

I'm going to take a bunch of pictures tonight and put em up tomorrow so look forward to some nice close up shots of various features.

There's only a few gold pieces the mask is gold, his cod peice is cold, two leg coverings are gold.

The feet are and legs are quite sturdy the blade in his hand nice but has no handle so to speak. It's more like a knife than a short blade or staff weapon.

He is actually equipped (for thos who are into the game) with TWO number counters. So instead of the normal 6 hits your dead he takes 12.

Also as a whole unit he has a good feel to him. You know how you pick up a 12 inch action figure and it has weight and heft feels sturdy like and old school 12 inch G.I. Joe.

He feels like this. Like you can carry him around play with him and parts won't fall off, You could even beat your friend soundly about the head and he'll say, "Ow, OW, OW!!!!" He's a beefy action figure to say the least.

Also in my haze I picked up Vastus (do like his weapon, arm coverings, and helmet.), Skopio (in the process of building), and this TRU had several older models. They had a Gadunka 1 of them (I did not buy) $20.99 and a Maxilos and Spinax (Already own) and a Hydraxon $20.99 who I purchased.

Hdraxon is pretty cool love his claws his upper body is nice his legs a bit on the thin side for the design but a good addition all in all.
