Neo raised an intrigued eyebrow, as the blonde from earlier and the other man jumped up in shock.
"Sir!" The two of them said, and Neo waved his hand dismissively, in an effort to motion to them to stand down.
"I am intrigued. You appear to have a similar power to that one Chosen One, who is apparently alive once more, Kaze Hikari. That is very intriguing to me. I approve of your action." Neo said, though he waited to see what else would happen after that, even as Sonia groaned slightly from being thrown back against the wall, and rubbed the back of her head with a wince.

"You there!" Aki shouted, pointing to Brooke.  "Take her away, I'll deal with her later."  Waiting for Brooke and Sonia to leave the room, Aki continued, his voice somehow more commanding, more impressive now.  "More importantly, the Chosen Ones do not know that I posess this power."  He holds up his hand, and it glows brightly with plasma as a small sphere of water, sand, and iron swirls around itself.  The display hums with power, and Aki begins to levitate slightly above the floor.  "Thus, when a Guardian fails--"  Several other Guardians in the room could hold out no longer, and burst into angry yelling.  Aki dismissed the display and held his hands up soothingly as he inclined his head.  "Sorry," he said, his tone obviously insincere, "IF a Guardian fails, and the Chosen Ones get their hands on the Chaos Codes, I will be able to do my part to keep those codes...shall we say...in the family."  Aki grinned as at least one hunter glowered at him.  He let the silence stretch out, wondering when someone would ask the next obvious question, and hoping that Brooke would walk back in in time to overhear his answer.

Brooke frowned, as she led Sonia out of the room, and down to the next floor, next to a teleporter, even as Sonia gripped her head, as if she was experiencing a headache. Meanwhile, Brooke walked back to the room, even as the blonde girl skeptically looked at Aki.
"And why couldn't you just deal with her and those two Chosen Ones at the scene, instead of having to involve us?" The girl asked, obviously annoyed at this situation, even as Brooke walked back into the room.

[Rakoua]

IC (Rakoua):
I was getting bored of this, so I just used my ice powers to supercool the handle of every weapon they had, causing them all to drop them and feel an immense pain in their fingers.

The Hunter growled, and simply zerg-rushed the two Chosen Ones.

[Rakoua]

IC (Rakoua):
Somewhat startled by their charge, I quickly came to my senses and punched the ground in an epic style I once saw in a comic. After I did that, hundreds of ice spikes erupted from the floor, impaling the hunters.

If there were any Hunters left, once they saw that, they comically altered their charge, and sped away from the scene, more or less as soon as possible.

IC (Rakoua):
I turned around a bit, spread my arms and said in an epic fashion to Sonia:
"Are you not entertained?"

However, only crickets chirped, as about then would be when the two Rakouas noticed that between her teleporting away, and the Hunters charging, she had vanished.

[Rakoua]

IC (Rakoua):
"Apparently not... Alright, lets wreak some havoc." I said and threw some Ki balls at the surrounding structures, collapsing them.

The training camp was heavily damaged near the entrances; however, people who were innocent also got caught in the crossfire, and their homes were also destroyed, prompting more, angrier, Chaos Hunters to arrive, and aim laser rifles at the Rakouas.
"Stop this mindless destruction now, or you shall pay for your crimes!" One of them yelled out, an angry look on his face.

[Rakoua]

IC (Alt Rakoua):
"I knew that that was a bad idea..." I said.
IC (Rakoua):
"And what will you do about it? Everyone knows that you sympathize with these people who want nothing less that global domination. Do you not even realize that you are being tricked? Can you justify the genocide the Chaos Hunters are committing against anyone who can control Ki isn't sided with them?"

"You are all criminals; and this is just backing that fact up!" The person yelled back, angry, as he aimed his rifle at Rakoua quickly.
"The Hunters protect us; if they want to expand elsewhere, that would just be to protect more people. They have kept this city safe; at least, until you lot showed up!" The person yelled out angrily, as even the citizens cheered them on.

"No.  There was an even greater priority: the safety of one particular recruit Hunter."  Aki smiles smugly as Brooke walks back into the room.  "As you are now aware, there was a Chosen One who we unwittingly captured during this raid.  Kai Lanation, Chosen One of Light."  Aki paused for effect, to let that information sink in.  "During his time here, he seems to have befriended a girl, the two were to be tested together, before Sonia Lanation--yes, our ex-Guardian is the boy's sister--blew the whole operation.  Now, I know Kai.  He's moody and standoffish, and one of the few Chosen Ones who doesn't have severe mental issues stemming from a particularly complex love triangle.  He's not one to make friends easily.  And yet, in the short time between his capture and his escape, he seemed to have forged a particularly strong bond with this girl.  Don't you find that...interesting?  I know I do.  And I know exactly how we are going to exploit it."

Aki walks to the door of the chamber, and begins to walk around the edge, in the walkway behind the chairs.  "After we conclude our discussions, I am going to return to Chosen One HQ.  I am going to walk in the front door--they believe me to be on their side, and they have faith in my abilities to evade and escape you.  I'm going to walk through that door--and this girl--" Aki stops in place, his walk perfectly timed to place him behind Brooke. "This girl...will walk through them with me."  Aki places his hands on her shoulders, as a master would to demonstrate a claim of apprenticeship.  "You, my friend...are going to become a spy."

[Rakoua]

IC (Rakoua):
"So you all believe that it is fine to destroy innocent families for something that wasn't their fault? Because my family was destroyed by the Chaos Hunters because I was different. And besides, you should know better than to live next to a military installation. Don't you realize that to them, you're just human shields and cannon fodder? And shoot that thing, please. Nothing would make me happier."

Brooke was fairly surprised, as she looked at Aki, not believing what he said. However, she then nodded, not entirely certain what to say, as the girl frowned.
A 'Chosen One' of Light? Intriguing... So then... She thought to herself, and Naikage scowled.
"Why waste so much time? If you have the Chaos Codes, and all these powers, why not go ahead and just wipe them out?" Naikage asked, as he obviously didn't exactly agree with this plan, if only because it meant Kai stayed alive longer.

"This is a training camp for security personnel; which is what the Chaos Hunters are; they are effectively police officers, aiming to wipe chaos from the face of our great planet, Terra." The person stated with a growl.

-==IC: Neo==-

As Neo thought about all that was going on, he smirked for a moment, and nodded, even while the others argued among themselves. He tapped some keys on the futuristic computer on his desk, and sent a message to a guard near the teleporter, telling him to keep Sonia there until Aki went there, and then to follow his specific instructions.
Now then. Let's see how well Ms. Lanation's punishment goes...

[Rakoua]

IC (Rakoua):
"So, how many did you lose in their recruitment attempts? How many were kidnapped? Do you know the death toll of the Battle of Terakou?"

[Flipz]

"Simple.  I have one weakness--or rather, he--" Aki indicated his chest "does."  Naikage seemed to understand, but a few of the others didn't.  "My Inner Ki being.  A.K.A. the reason I have an 'in' with the Chosen Ones.  But that has to do with my final proposal of this meeting--a slight shift in plans, but one that will be very beneficial to us.  Are we prepared to move on to that point, or shall we take a brief recess?"

"No-one is ever 'kidnapped' for the recruitment process; if anyone joins, either their parents give permission, or they willingly agree. Or both." The person stated, obviously not entirely aware of what had happened about 10 years prior.

OOC: I officially lost track of the timeline in the RPG, apologies if time isn't correct; I can explain it away. =P

"I think it would be a good idea to take a break... Don't you agree, miss...?" Neo said, looking over at Brooke.
"Altair. Brooke Altair." Brooke introduced herself, as Neo nodded.
"Go take miss Altair, and show her around the base. While she's seen some of it already, maybe it might be an idea to explain some of it to her."

IC (Rakoua):
"You speak like someone who has been..." Suddenly, I was hit in the back of my head by a purple crossbow bolt...

IC (Serena):
I started reloading my weapon.
"You, second Rakoua, it could be a good idea to leave." I said and the crowd started cheering.
