Thoron teleported away. Marik tried to follow, but his powers weren't working.
Marik swore, and looked around. The room was an empty square room with gunmetal gray walls, and a single door
"well ok then...."

IC Thoron: Marik closed his eyes, and when he opened them, they were solid green. A wicked smile spread across his face, and he dropped the inferno around the CH, dropped to the ground while pulling out his sword, kicked the legs out from under the hinter, stabbed him in the chest, and snapped the hunter's leg between his hands, then sprung back up, grabbing the sword and setting it ablaze. The entire process took about 1.5 seconds.

OOC: of course, the CH still has quite a bit of fight left in him, but that's no biggie anymore. Tongue And thank you flipz, for that link .

However, by that time, the Chaos Guardian was already behind him again, and whipped his foot out at Marik again.

OOC: I don't think I've been showing the Guardians' strength correctly in this fight. During the first Guardian fight, Aneton's fight... he literally beat everyone into unconsciousness. Only Kaze using his power saved the day there. There are exceptions, and Marik's elements are helping, but strength wise and such... He still owns you. =P Marik's Inner Ki Being does make him more of an equal... But you have to consider this: The Chaos Guardian of Sand has been holding back the entire fight. xD
