HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! From Philippine Time!! And you see Fireworks everywhere, even in this town, you don't even need to take a step out of your house to see those high grade fireworks, only... if you have someone as a neighbor who has money... You see these volcanoe firworks that light up your street, and those big things that sound like a big war cannon. Plus the side effect of Car Alarms of these fireoworks... That's law here in the philippines.
