ok, now i'm back to my computer, so..

-open chrome
-click the wrench > options > toolbar > make sure always show bookmarks bar is checked.
-click the wrench > bookmarks > bookmarks manager
-anything put under "bookmarks bar" will appear as a pinned site, anything under "other bookmarks" will appear in a folder, as a drop-down menu. you may make other folders on the same level as "bookmarks bar" and "other bookmarks", these folder will appear beneath the address bar just like "other Bookmarks" does.
-click the wrench > bookmarks > import bookmarks and settings
-import bookmarks from anywhere, and integrate them into chrome as you see fit.
