Just finished Deus Ex.

Incredible.

And to be honest, the ending was the best part. There are three choices of ending, each mutually exclusive. All three have their own merits and drawbacks - not like some other games where "multiple endings" means "bad ending, okay ending, and good ending". Here, which ending you get is about moral choice - which one of the three is best for the future of the world?

All in all - Deus Ex is a smart game made by smart people. It's full of literary references, real world parallels (many with a strong predicative power - this game came out *before* the war on terror started!), and moral choices. It doesn't even feel the need to yell "LOOK AT ME I AM A VIDEOGAME AND I AM ART" like, say, Metal Gear Solid, and yet I'd say it's more artistic.
