Yep...3.1 mile course in the woods with some nice big hills. My best mile was around a 6:53...

I used to have to run 3 miles a day for soccer. Didn't do it all the time though. :S

Yeah, so does soccer actually. I pushed myself so hard that I passed 3 players sprinting alongside me all of us going as fast as we could and I had the ball. Shocked I'm fast if I do so say myself I almost scored several times but I blocked at least 5 shots that would've made goals. And I can juggle the ball (soccer-wise) 15 times pretty easy. Oh, and I can play basketball with my feet. XD

3.1 miles... wow, that is real amazing, top notch in my opinion, sadly, I'm not physically fit, since I run one mile in 6 minutes T.T, But I can walk fast than all of my school when they go home, I'm usually meters farther away. By the tens of meters.

Well all I can say to day is..... Never mess with a Quadratic Formula, and perfect square trinomials... ever
