Oh and I forgot to mention that only one Pokeball was used to capture him.

I also am considering to EV train my Staryu with PERFECT 31 IVs on Speed. It is also a Timid Natured Staryu. I also havea "Perfect":
~ NidoranF - Adamant with 31 IVs on Attack
~ Porygon - Timid with 31 IVs on Speed
~ Omanyte - Modest with 31 IVs on Defense, along with decent enough IVs on Special Attack. It's even Female too!
~ Yanma - Modest with 31 IVs on Speed and Sp. Attack
~ Gligar - Jolly with 31 IVs on Attack
~ Swinub - Adamant with 31 IVs on Attack
~ Larvitar - Adamant with 31 IVs on Attack
I also have a Dragonite and Milotic, just what I said before. I still have to make up a team. I currenly have 252 EVs on Staryu's Speed, but since I want it to be a Rapid-Spinner, I have to redo my Training until Staryu has 216 EVs in Speed.
These are all the Pokemon that I have that have very good IVs and Nature. I'm working for a good Aerodactyl, a good Pineco along with a good nature Bagon with 31 IVs on Attack.
@Dudebot - Drifblim is actually a GREAT Pokemon. I used him for Pre-E4. He has High HP, but has crummy defenses to compensate for this. In fact, he is just a wee bit close to making it to the OU tier. The only thing that can stop it is Roar or Whirlwind, especially if Drifblim has the Baton Pass moveset . If used correctly, he could pose a threat to even the OU tier. So why not let someone give a
lecture description/opinion of Drifblim?
Plus, Drifloon are SO cute!!! Sorry, couldn't resist.
