Alright,i gave in and took an HM slave. Bibarel.
@DB-actually,my Electivire has AMAZING Sp. Attack.
Are you using an Electivire for Pre-E4?
If so, SAVE FIRST and then use the stat-removing berries to check its real IVs.
I'm suspecting that you just inputted his values without considering the EVs he has, and almost no one knows how many EVs are in your Electivire.
By using the berries, you can ensure that Electivire has no EVs, making it easier to calculate.
Then soft-reset the game and everything is back to normal.
Thanks. I currently have a Sneasel with a Jolly nature lv 45. It knows none of those attacks

Why not check its IVs?
I don't know what/how to check IVs...
And...
I beat the E4, caught Dialga and Palkia, and began to create my core team.
My current 4 pkmn team is as such:
Empoleon lv 71: Surf, Brine, Drill Peck, Flash Cannon
Leafeon lv 72: Return, Leafblade, Grass Knot, Magical leaf
Rapidash lv 71: Flare Blitz, Megahorn, Bounce, Stomp
Weavile lv 63: Night Slash, Faint Attack, Slash, Icy Wind
BT, I haven't forgotten your input, just haven't had the time to work on it. Forget about the drill peck comment, as I realised after I posted that Drill peck is physical and not special, so that's gone. I'm trying to get Swords dance for Leafeon, and I'm deciding on a last move for it otherwise. I'm pretty happy with Rapidash, although I want to try something other than Bounce on it.
I'm still leveling up Weavile, but I don't know where to get it Ice Punch...
I'm also gonna start to level up my Electivire that I got yesterday, along with my Rhyperior and Magmortar. I have Giratina in Origin forme now, but I'm not gonna use it, or Palkia, or Dialga or anyone else Uber.
Who would you suggest to complete my team? Try to keep Weavile and Leafeon in it, and I do have access to a lv 60 Infernape from my pearl version.
Ice Punch is learned on Weavile by a Move Tutor in Route 212. Remember in D/P where you trade 10 shards of the same color for a TM in a house? Now, when you return to that same house, the person there will teach your Pokemon moves for shards. You can dig shards up underground, or on the floor. You need 6 Blue Shards and 2 Red Shards to pay to the person to teach Ice Punch to Weavile.
