I've seen you around a lot here and there, but I never realized it was you.  

Okay, what nature(s) should I try for for the following pkmn:
Electivire
Magmortar
Rhyperior

Is this for a competitive team?  If so, I would personally ditch the Magmortar.  The other two perform fine competitively, but Magmortar is lackluster.  He barely fits into Borderline.  His stats aren't really as good as some other choices are.  I really would suggest having Infernape over him, but I guess it's your choice. :-\

And I've recently seen the one absolutely horrible thing about my Rapidash: it's defence is the worst of my entire team and it can't take a big hit...

Part of the reason why I suggested Infernape over Rapidash.  Both have horrid defenses, but unlike Rapidash, Infernape has incredible Attack, Special Attack, and Speed.  If you're a good trainer who knows how to use him correctly, I honestly consider him to be just as threatening, if not moreso, as Electivire or Rhyperior.  Rapidash can't compare to Infernape in long-term capabilities, simple as that. :-\  

And to train for the E4 I decided on a reckless and costly method. I keep only Rapidash and Leafeon in my party and go from there. It did have some effect. Rapidash is now level 61 and can easily take out Aaron, Flint and the psychic guy, with Leafeon being used as a wall of some sort so I can revive/heal Rapidash as necessary. Sadly this method won't work very well with Empoleon and Luxray as they can't use super effective and STAB moves against the first two E4 people and Luxray can't do much else...

Yeah...You should never have to resort to doing such a method.  Bring your team together on your runs.  

My three pkmn team is now above lv 60.

Leafeon lv 62: Grass Knot, Giga Drain, Magical Leaf, Last Resort(want to switch for Giga Impact soon...)
Empoleon lv 61: Brine, Drill Peck, Surf, Flash Cannon
Rapidash lv 66: Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Stomp, Bounce

I guess part of the problem is that I have only three good(i use that loosely) pkmn. I also have a few others that I could train:

Uxie lv 50
Azelf lv 50
Giratina lv 50

But they would only be as short term pkmn(only for the E4).

Part of the problem that I've seen with your team is that there really isn't a lot of good synergy between them.  Could you post the Pokemon you're using, as well as their Natures and movesets?  I'll try to see what's going wrong.  

Anywho, I have the stuff to evolve Magmar, Electabuzz, Rhydon, Porygon(x2). Where can I find a Murkrow? or do I need a diamond version to trade it from?

Yeah, you need Diamond.  

@RP - For your Pre-E4 team, your Pokemon team still has a Ground issue. Try getting a Flying type like Staraptor/Altaria/etc. as to avoid Ground attacks. You could try Garchomp for a spin, as it is legitimate Pre-E4, however is banned in competitive play*. I wouldn't suggest Rhyperior will only add to your Ground weakness, but if you really want it, get a Protector and another DS and friend so it'll evolve into a Rhyperior, which has tremendous Attack/Defense/HP, but try to avoid Special Sweepers. But a Rhydo would be Okay too. Instead, try Hippowdon out.
   These are my suggestions, so if you don't want to follow them, you don't have to.  

* In early D/P play, Garchomp was preferred by many players since it was a powerhouse in almost every stat. However, since it was so powerful it swept through many teams, it was moved to the Uber tier. Flygon, who sat in the shadows of Garchomp,regained popularity and is now OU since it is the only Ground/Dragon type left. Other than Attack and Speed, its other stats are not so hot, but has a versatile movepool.

I would personally suggest Staraptor for a Flying-type.  The key difference for it that sets it apart from other Flying-types of his mold is Close Combat.  Close Combat helps Staraptor deal with the obnoxious Steel-types and Rock-types that it would otherwise have great difficulty dealing with.  It also has Return and Brave Bird, which both offer great forms of STAB.  [/quote]
I could try raising a Staraptor. I used him in Pearl and he worked out well.

I caught Feebas in Emerald... I'll probably just Migrate it before I start over, since it'll be a pain if not, seeing as I only have one DS, don't know anyone else with one, and still have to figure out how the heck I'm getting everything from Diamond to Platinum, so if I want I can reset Diamond. >_>

I beat the after story already =P My team was seriously underleveled for the Champ though, I barely beat the Champ when I fought the Champ... Now it's...

Level 60 Staraptor
Level 59 Bibarel
Level 60 Giratina
Level 61 Garchomp
Level 60 Rapidash

Even that's underleveled for the E4 IMO.

I think so... I barely beat Garchomp, and Milotic was a nightmare >_<(Luckily I got to get a pattern with Bibarel's cut against Milotic when it used Mirror Coat =P)

... Then again, I don't pay attention to EVs and such... Plus, I just liked Giratina, and Bibarel's only for an HM slave =P

And if you mean now, I barely win, though Garchomp's been winning a bit more... If you could suggest something else though...(Technically I was only raising it because of the Pokedex and the fact I hadn't evolved it in the last game =P)

Not too bad a start. 5 types covered so far.
I shall piggyback off and suggest Electivire. As he and B~T have said, Electivire sounds like a great Physical Sweeper. If you can't get him, then aim for a Volt Tackle Raichu like me. =P

Attempt to get the other two starters. Infernape is a better choice than Rapidash, IMO, with a more varied moveset and whatnot. Empoleon is useful due to the Steel sub-type and it's advantages.

As for the last one, well, I can't think of good suggestions ATM.

Yeah, my movesets weren't that great, especially Empoleon's. >.> Part of the reason was that I was reluctant to use one-use TMs (Flash Cannon, Grass Knot, Overheat, etc.) and that I didn't want to waste time with Egg Moves. Rapidash's Fire Attacks weren't that great since it was Level 53 when I versed the Elite 4. No Flare Blitz until Level 58.
   And I'm currently hatching Bagon eggs in my Emerald,c and my left Index finger is sore >.>. And Roserade's Speed has 31 IVs in it.

Beat the game. I cut a few corners on training,i trained Gardevoir only a few levels,and barely bothered with Giratina. I figured i won't need it in the long run.

So now,i need advice on which Pokemon i pick to fill my team. These are the Pokemon I'm picking from,but suggestions are welcomed:
Tangrowth(awful speed)
Dusknoir
Porygon-Z
Scizor
Froslass
Garchomp
Roserade
Drapion
And anything else you think will be good

Can you advise on each of these?
