Meh, they'll probably still run, since G/S/C was the first to include that, and there's been at least one runner in every mainstream game since(Including FR/LG, even they included a runner of sorts, which is... *gasp* Entei, Raikou, or Suicune depending on your starter, though I'm wondering if that's actually part of the storyline canon, since they're supposed to be sleeping in the Burnt Tower then...). But, if they have a touchscreen app like in Plat, it shouldn't be that hard, and probably will have something like in G/S/C that you can walk forward and back between.

I just found out my new Sneasel (Lost the EV charts on my old one) has 28 IVs in Atk and 20 in HP. The others are too horrible to mention, including Spd having a saddening 3. =P

1. In, Emerald, get a Jolly Pokemon with Synchronize, and a Pokemon with a high capture rate that DOESN'T have Teleport/Roar/etc. Go to the Underground Passage West of Fallarbor town. 2. In D/P/Pt, Pokeradar Route 218, with the same Pokemon requirements in Emerald. Both: Get a Jolly Ditto with 31 IVs in Speed by continuously catching Ditto. 0PC0 - Are you sure? Pokemon don't have 35 IVs in a stat. |

When Ditto uses Transform, it will take the opponent's moves along with its capture rate. It should not have moves like Roar because Ditto will then use Transform to copy Roar, and there is a chance that the battle will end without you catching it. |

There is a way to get Trophy Garden exclusive Pokemon.
1. Buy a lot of repels.'
2. Get a Lvl 18 Pokemon in the front of your party and a Pokemon with a Status-inducing move, along with False Swipe. Also get a Pokemon with a High capture rate WITHOUT Roar/Whirwind/Teleport.
3. Use the repel. This will only let you get Pikachus and the Trophy Garden Pokemon.
4. When you meet with a TG Pokemon, switch to a Pokemon with a high Capture rate. Ditto will then copy the High Capture Rate Pokemon.
5. Switch out to a Pokemon with False Swipe and a Status inducing move. Use these moves, and catch Ditto.
