I don't have wi-fi, so I can't get a tm from the internet. However, I have acces to my Pearl version's Grass Knot(as well as a lv 60 Infernape in that version) and my bro's Diamond version w/ Grass Knot.
So: Empoleon- Surf, Grass Knot, Agility, Ice Beam
Leafeon: Leafblade, Swords Dance, Return, Synthesis
Rapidash: Flare Blitz, Megahorn, Iron Tail, Poison Jab... although I'll probably switch for and Infernape...
Weavile: Night Slash, Ice punch(since I already have it), Swords Dance, Brick Break
