Anything starting with "Ts"  is either japanese or Chinese. Besides, Tsuiso is more liek Chinese.   Dragons symbol the emproer.

What does Tsuiso even mean? 

To tell you the truth I think lego isn't gonna mention LRC and let it slip away until forgotten, and it will be an unfinished program.  You now I wouldn't even care if they stopped LRC and started DRC over again, because DRC is probably better then LRC.(Just stating the obvious)
