Different people work on different aspects of the game... play, graphics, sound, points, etc. They each write programs that say " when x happens do X... sometimes there is a conflict between two commands. This causes bugs. This happens with updates to MLN as well. It is hard to know exactly where the bug IS..and fixes could create worse bugs.

Which is why it's taking so long to fix the bugs already found. Like, for instance, they may not know exactly where to find the Phantom Car glitch's bug source, or don't know how to fix the lag, if they're even gonna fix that or consider it a bug.
