Well, once it gets released, people wouldn't try to get to Class W, knowing that they'll never be able to race. Afterwards, Class W will only mean, "Watching", watching other racers race while they watch for eternity.
-Um Pkin or MsRR, can't you just go to, "search users", type in a class W racer, let's say, Pkin if you're MsRR, and vice-versa, and then race?

my theory about when it will be released: since there was a glitch in June that kept US players from playing for almost a month, they added another month to the test. thus, it will come out in mid July.

Technically that one can still be played... DRC was kinda like LRC is now, except more fun, mostly because you didn't have to wait 15 minutes just to find out if you won or lost. But that one is kinda fun.
