Well, like in every class, all cars differ. But in my car, I have all slots open, and I have:
Engine:65
Chassis:65
Wheels:60

But there appears to be a glitch for me. The upgrade to the steel armor is synth armor, but instead of working as a defense, it is being used like the ultra grip tread, which is the other wheel upgrade at class A. Except the synth armor costs only 1000 while the ultra grip tread costs 5000, and the synth armor gives more wheel value. So for right now Im using the synth armor as my grip until they fix the glitch Ive reported. Also, new parts in class A are as follows:

Wheels
Ultra grip tread: cost $5000, +30, upgrade from extra grip tread
Synth armor: cost $1000, +40, upgrade from steel armor

Chassis
Quake Missile: cost $4000, +45, upgrade from thunder missile
Shield Mark V: cost $4000, +45, upgrade from shield mark IV
Acid Spray: cost $1500, +50, upgrade from oil dump
SuperGlue Squirt: cost $2500, +60, upgrade from glue squirt
Mega-Spike Dropper: cost $3000, +80, upgrade from spike dropper(on an extra note, I am using all 4 chassis spaces for these, and they get me so many points since there is nothing that can defend against a +80 weapon and Im racing bots anyway)

Engine
Fusion Charger: cost $5000, +30, upgrade from supercharger

plotkin = chicken fingers. =P
We were lucky when we got Plotkin, for he had a nice place on the top 10 for quite a while, and he is also a good person.
