The Final Boss in the game wasn't bad, and I enjoyed the amount of work it took for me to beat him. It was hard but not impossible(like other games I own). The train was cool, but the speed of it was not. It needed a setting for it to go one speed faster. The sidequests got repetive after a while, and I still have a few left to complete(Linebeck should be happy with 4 pieces of that garbage!) Zelda's controls were not good at all. They should have made it so that you could control Zleda like controlling the Goron in PH(ie actually moving Zelda with the stylus and not just tracing lines.)
I never played in a car, so I never had the flute glitch problem, but I am not good at playing the flute(or blowing into the mic), so that was a downside.
Link's controls were slightly improved from PH though(never mind that swirly motion to get Link to roll, simply a double tap does the job).
Most of all, the scenery and amount of extra stuff to do in the game made this a good game, and some of the bosses were pretty creative, although easy as well.
