Lloyd nodded, as he ran toward the hangar.

OOC: Ah, OK.  Although, if I were running an evil Empire and pressing half the population into military service, I wouldn't care about separating the schools into elementary/middle/high school; the propaganda would be the same anyway, and I'd get the students into the same centralized system anyway, so why spread them out geographically?  By keeping the kids all in one spot not only can I triple the amounts of students I'm brainwashing (since the scheme would add students of all ages to ALL schools), but it's also likely that all members of a given family would go to the same school, meaning that if their parents get unruly, I can hold the entire family hostage instead of just one or two kids.

TLDR; Hogwarts under Voldemort.

This makes no sense... She kept telling herself, yet, she recalled the incident yesterday, and that it wasn't a dream.

Carrie frowned, and slowly got up, and opened the door, and raised an eyebrow as she saw Servo floating there.

Servo floats completely around Carrie, observing her closely.  "So," he warbles softly, "there's only three real possibilities, none of them exactly good for the situation.  One, the girl was built by the Empire.  Bad for obvious reasons.  Two, she was built by E.R.I.N. as part of The Project and somehow E.R.I.N.'s memory of such was wiped.  Bad because that means someone--well, someone besides Bailey--managed to get access to E.R.I.N.'s code and memory, which is seriously bad.  Also bad because that same someone could gain access to the girl that way as well, which...well, Shiza being Shiza, I doubt she'd be on guard against Carrie trying to harm her, and that would undoubtedly be a malevolent enemy's first objective.  And third...Carrie was built by someone completely unknown.  Which means there's another major power out there that we don't know about, and no general likes unknowns.  Well, Carrie Metran...it looks like you've managed to get yourself on a very exclusive list.  It's called 'The List of People (And Sentient Mechanical/Electronic Beings) That I Have To Look Out For Because They Constantly Put Themselves In Harm's Way And Thus Put The Fate Of The  Universe In Jeopardy.'  Too bad you can't understand any of that; though I doubt even my sarcastic tone and cynical outlook would get through even if you did understand.  It didn't work when I was alive, and it certainly won't work now that I'm...mechanical."
