Dusk nodded. "I'll keep Genisus busy."
Myst smiled at Rhea. "Good job, son."
Lily's tube shattered.
Gabriel thrashed wildly, as Quincy drew closer to death...the cable connected to her tube looked almost ready to break, however.

Rhea nodded, as he dashed toward last two wires; attempting to finish off the wire connecting Gabriel, and then fired off a shot at Quincy's wire, to finish it off as well...

"ENOUGH!"
A huge glow came from Genisus. Dusk was hurled backwards and slammed into Maria's tube. He collapsed in a daze.
"Even without my full power...I CAN BECOME A GOD!"
Genisus vanished in a flash of light. Where he had stood, there now stood a giant, made of black bones coated with transparent gold flesh. He was easily fifty feet tall, and covered with spikes. Five enormous wings protruded from his back, and he had three twisted horns atop his head. He had seven crimson eyes, and his mouth was filled with fangs. "Now...behold true power!"

"Obsessing over power can be your downfall... I should know." Rhea said, as an aura of casting energy surrounded him.
"Now then... Let's finish this, once and for all!" Rhea yelled out, as he fired a blast of casting energy at Genisus quickly.

Myst groaned. "Quite a blast of power...perhaps I should have made my dramatic entrance sooner."
She crawled over to Gabriel. He glared at her, but did not move. "Yes, yes, ancient enemies and all that." Myst said. "But for now, the fate of the world is kinda up to whether you have the power left to help my son."

Genisus fired huge blasts at Rhea. As they neared him, they exploded with the force of a dozen bombs.

Rhea flew through the air from the force of the bombs, but Genisus had done something that day that no-one else had actually lived through so far.... He had threatened the lives of his friends. Rhea righted himself, and used a casted sword to slow his momentum, as he dashed away for a little bit, and then fired off a few blasts at Genisus quickly, not sure if he was able to use any close combat attacks at this power level.

[The Truth]

His blasts glanced harmlessly off of Genisus' legs."You little fool...I AM INVINCIBLE!"

"Yeah; and I know a friend who used to say that. He's lying on the ground dead over there right now, if you want to see how that turned out." Rhea growled, as he continued to send blast after blast at different parts of Genisus; not feeling tired at all anymore.

Genisus launched a huge spread of blasts.

OOC: Now just have them yell at each other until page 150, like a certain anime.

Rhea clenched his fists, as he dashed toward the blasts, and dodged between them closely, somehow.
"I'm not giving up... not this time! GENISUS!"

IC: Gabriel ran beside Rhea, drawing his blade. "The machine."

OOC: Just now, unless you meant another anime that has people yelling for a long time to power up. =P

Rhea's eyes widened, and he nodded.
"Alright, let's destroy it." Rhea said, interpreting that as the literal source of Genisus' powers, which had to be destroyed first.

Gabriel leaped into the air and extended his wings, attacking Genisus' face to give Rhea an opening.

Rhea nodded, as he charged up a powered blast, and then fired it directly at where the weakest point of the machine appeared to be.

The machine exploded, sending Genisus flying.

"Like this." Rhea said, as he attempted to shoot Genisus in the fact with a casted blast as the would-be god landed.

Genisus collapsed. Gabriel stood over him, brandishing his sword. "Cast in the Devil's Name...Ye Guilty."
He swung his sword, and beheaded Genisus.

Lily blinked. "Uh...wh' happn..."

Rhea panted, as he looked over to Lily, and gave her a thumbs up, and promptly collapsed, exhausted once more.

Myst walked over to Gabriel. "I think it's time we ended this fight. I will return to Hell and rule the Devils. Any that try to enter the human realm will be punished."
Gabriel nodded and looked at Rhea. "Ye have impressed me. Humans will be allowed to flourish once more."
He extended his wings and flew away.

Maria yawned. All the surviving Golds were gathered to have their power levels retested, but Dusk was running late.

Ow, my... everything. Rhea thought, as he ached all over. Guess that's what happens when you fight what should have been a losing battle against effectively Hell itself, and then someone who tried to take over all the worlds. And won. Miraculously.
