Skye twisted out of the way, but it still nudged her enough that she was forced down done of the stairs. She quickly put on a burst of speed, and dived towards the downed  forcefield.

However, the Chaos Guardian simply shrugged it off, as the wound closed over with the Chaos Guardian's power over sand.

Skye glared at the force field, then shot a blast of ki at it.

 M'raize started a conversation when they were almost there. "I need a sword." He said suddenly, and rather seeming suprised himself.

OOC: I have a new weapon format for him, he's going for a more... brute strength style.

Aki grabs a trash can and throws it at the Chaos Guardian.  He misses, but he Guardian is covered in soggy newspapers, coffee grounds, and rotten banana peels.

The guardian had dodged Marik's attack, and countered it with a ball of compacted sand being launched at Marik, however, he was covered in the trash, as outlined in the above post.

OOC: Not sure, you could discover them by accident, due to the proximity to elemental users unlocking the element portion of your powers... =P

And now we're quoting Metal Gear Solid? Well then... I counter with Metal Gear Zelda. =P

The force field, obviously, just ricocheted the blast away, though the sand had covered the force field by now, making it look almost like a pyramid.

"Neo, sir! We've got reports that the force field has been covered by sand... And turned into a prism shape." One of the Hunters reported, and Neo looked at him and raised an eyebrow.
"Well then go find the person who did it, and shoot him for me." Neo stated, and the Hunter looked at him incredulously.
"S-Sir?" The Hunter asked, curious as to why those orders, and Neo sighed.
"Well obviously it's one of ours, so shoot him. That type of prankster isn't going to help us any."

Sakeo, however, started to double back toward the training room, at that point.

Skye yelped as the blast came back at her, and ducked barely in time. She then jumped onto the pyramid...

Aki grabs a tree branch with his Ki Whip and swings at the Chaos Guardian, Indiana-Jones style, landing on the third interval of the steps.

 M'raize followed Sakeo to the training room, then started sorting through weapons until he found two to his liking. He grinned, holding up a hand and a half longsword, and a moderately sized round buckler shield. "I'll have to modify the shield some..." He said, examining the edges. " And put a crest on these, but other than that." He went ahead with a few expiremental swings. "Let's go."

OOC: I'm gonna sharped the edges. Prepare for shield fighting!

The Chaos Guardian smirked, and then jumped down to the third interval, stepped forward, and then aimed to kick Aki away.

OOC: Are we getting close to the mall? =P

Mahri: Gimme a little bit; the next post will be the start of someone I was going to do; since M'Raize misunderstood Sakeo's intents. =P

OOC: Yes.  And we'd better move there quickly.

Aki took the hit, if only to distract the Chaos Guardian from seeing what was happening behind him.  Aki reached out with his Ki Whip to grab the tree near the top of the stairs...but it didn't budge.  "Come ON!" he said, shaking his right fist in frustration.

That's when the tree ripped itself from the ground and began floating in midair.

Aki froze in shock.  "Did...did I do that?"

He flexed his hand experimentally...and the tree slammed to the ground...and started rolling down the stairs toward Marik, Shiro, Aki, and the Chaos Guardian.

OOC: Picture the Indiana Jones boulder scene...with a giant log instead of a boulder.
OOC2: According to the map, we have two intervals to go.  Remember, they zigzag, so the log WILL be right on our heels.  Also, there's a door into the upper level of the library on the stairs right before the Mall.
