@ZLS:  Blissey and Steelix?  What about SkarmBliss, the most obnoxious combo ever, even back in GSC? Tongue
Well, ummm... I typed it down fast, and those two came to mind. Skarmory is the best physical wall in the game(arguably), but Steelix has higher defences(which is why I typed that down. And yes I know its weaknesses to ground, fighting and water eliminate it from all competitive battling...)

@BT's Feraligatr Review-nice, but can the Ice Punch theoretically be subbed for Ice Fang?

I think Ice Fang can replace Ice Punch, but the lower accuracy and loos in power is not very good.

TYPHLOSION!!!!!

Type: FIRE
Ability: Blaze - When this Pokemon has 1/3 HP remaining or less, its Fire move's power is increased by 50%
Tier:  UU
Stats:

HP         78
Atck       84
Def        78
Sp. Atck 109
Sp. Def   85
Speed    100

Author's Opinion: It has Eruption, Lava Plume to burn, and Solar Beam. However, Stealth Rock makes it hard to come into play. However, Eruption is a significant gain in Typhlosion's movepool, especialy when paired with a Choice Scarf.

Recommended Movesets:

Nature: Timid/Modest
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 4 HP/252 Sp. Attack/252 Speed
~ Sunny Day
~ Solar Beam
~ Fire Blast/Eruption/Flamethrower/Lava Plume
~ Hidden Power Ice/Focus Blast

Yes, the SunnyBeamer. Sunny Day up, and then Solar Beam. You can use Fire Blast for more power but less accuracy, but Flamethrower has less power for more accuracy. Eruption is an option if you want a head start. Hidden Power Ice is an option to rid those walling Dragons, or Focus Blast to get rid of Blissey and Heatran, and perhaps Houndoom.

Nature: Mild/Rash
Item: Choice Scarf
EVs: 144 Attack/252 Sp. Attack/122 Speed
~ Eruption
~ Focus Punch
~ Overheat
~ Earthquake/Hidden Power Ice/Hidden Power Grass

Eruption at this first turn for the most power. Focus Punch for Blissey that expects Eruption. Overheat can be used late in the game when your HP is low, as well as getting a Blaze boost. Earthquke to get Heatran out of there. Or Hidden Power Ice can get rid of Dragons, or Hidden Power Grass to make Bulky Waters out of the field.

Countering Typhlosion:
Stealth Rock wears it down. Bring in a Rapid Spinner for best effects.

Bulky Waters, particularly Gyarados, Suicune, and Milotic can take a hit from Hidden Power Grass and hit back with Waterfall and Surf respectively. Milotic can get a defense boost from a Burn if it switches in on a Lava Plume.

Flash Fire users can hurt the Choice Scarf set as long as they watch out for Earthquake.

Blissey can wall it, but beware Eruption, Focus Punch, and Focus Blast, especially if it has Full Health.

Tyranitar can take a Fire Attack and Pursuit it as it flees.

I fail to understand Battle Hall strategy. D=

If anyone feels like explaining it (The official guide doesn't make much sense), that'd be nice. For reference, I'm using the classic PhysVire set, with it's 13 super effective type advantages.

/Edit: Scratch that. After playing it a bit, I've figured it out. I'm up to a 30-win streak. ^_^

//Edit: Had to forfeit my streak at 31. Dang hax Shedinja. >_>
Gonna try the Arcade out.

Arcade was pretty easy to get silver print(well, actually, all were easy to get silver, except factory, which is pretty hard sometimes).

For aracade I'd say if there's nothing that benefits you, aim for a null or board effect.

And for Hall you used Electivire w/
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Thunder Punch
Cross Chop?

I guess Shedinja is a problem... Use a Breloom to win Tongue
Mach Punch
Seed Bomb
Facade
Spore/Swords Dance

Item should be Toxic Orb, and ability should be Poison heal. If you last longer than one turn you begin to heal, and if you start with Spore you should be set to go. Facade doubles in power after Toxic Orb, and Mach Punch gets rid of Breloom's sub-par speed. Seed Bomb is there for STAB and for hitting water, ground and slow rock types. Only problem with this set is ghosts, who will eat you for lunch. As long as you stay away from them you're good.

For the Battle Hall, I'm not going to use an Electivire, after I found out a better set on Smogon:

Salamence:
Life Orb
Mild
84 Attack/216 Sp. Attack/208 Speed
~ Draco Meteor
~ Fire Blast/Flamethrower
~ Brick Break/Earthquake
~ Crunch/Outrage/Roost

Dragonite:
Life Orb
Mild/Rash
112 Attack/196 Sp. Attack/ 200 Speed
~ Draco Meteor
~ Superpower
~ Flamethrower
~ Roost/Thunderbolt

These sets can "2HKO almost any Pokemon" in the game due to their high attack power. Also, Shedinja will no longer be walled, since it packs Fire moves.

What Electivire needs is to be passed Speed and Atk, fro, say Ninjask. He also needs better STAB, other than Thunderpunch...

Dragonite beats Salamance because he can use Supwerpower, right?

Salamence

Dragonite
Has better Attack   Has better Defenses
Has better Speed    Has better movepool

Yeah.

MEGANIUM!!!

Type: GRASS
Ability: Overgrow - When this Pokemon has 1/3 HP remaining or less, its Grass move's power is increased by 50%
Tier:  UU
Stats:

HP         80
Atck       82
Def        100
Sp. Atck 83
Sp. Def   100
Speed    80

Author's Opinion: In my opinion, this is a decent Bulky Grass type. It has Aromatherapy, as well as Synthesis and Sunny Day, which makes a good combination. And this is probably the first time I will make fun of Blade, since he likes this Pokemon. Maybe my joke isn't that funny at all, but I think I emphasized how much Blade likes Meganium. And Blade, if you are reading this, please don't take any offense in this, and I can edit them out if you want. plz don't de-rep me D=

Omega Blademan: This is like, the best grass type ever in the second generation, k? Besides, its GREEN. Who doesn't like green? Green is like the best color ever. I think this Pokemon should be in the OU tier, but its placed in UU D=.

Recommended Movesets:

Nature: Bold/Calm
Item: Leftovers
EVs: 216 HP/148 Defense/144 Sp. Attack
~ Energy Ball
~ Aromatherapy
~ Light Screen/Reflect/Substitute
~ Leech Seed

This is one of the most annoying sets to your opponent. Aromatherapy Support helps cure your burns, sleeps, and paralyzes on sweepers. Energy Ball for a grass move, and Light Screen and Reflect are options depending what your team is more vulnerable to. Leech Seed is a plain annoying move, especially paired with Leftovers and Substitute, which gives you 3/16 HP every turn, near close to making another Substitute and stall the opponent.

Nature: Adamant
Item: Salac Berry
EVs: 252 Attack/4 Def/252 Speed
~ Swords Dance
~ Substitute
~ Flail
~ Seed Bomb

Substitute until you have a measly portion of HP left, which activates the Berry, and Flail for a 200 Base Power Attack. If you can get a Swords Dance up, 400 Base Power move right there.

Nature: Bold/Calm
Item: Leftovers/Heat Rock
EVs: 252 HP/148 Defense/144 Sp. Attack
~ Sunny Day
~ Solar Beam
~ Synthesis/Substitute
~ Leech Seed

The set I recommended for Blade at one point in PM while I was thinking in the back of my head. Use Solar Beam since you are using Sunny Day. Synthesis recovers all its HP. You can also aid Leech Seed stalling with Substitute.

Omega Blademan: Colorful sets =O

Countering Meganium:
Beware Sleetix, Probopass, as well as Aggron for the Physical variants. They can wall you, and Steelix can Roar your Swords Dance away. Oh, and don't forget Skarmory and Forretress in OU play. And Empoleon too.

Ice types can use Ice Shard or Ice Beam to do heavy damage. Abomasnow can cancel out Sunny Day sets and hit with 100% accurate Blizzard.

Any Pokemon with high Special defense that isn't weak to grass can wall the Support set.

Shedinja can wall it completely, and so can Drifblim, thanks to its high HP.

Omega Blademan: nuuuuuuuuu Hax Shedinja >_>.

Give me a good OU...

OMG SKARMORY!!!

Type: STEEL/FLYING
Ability: Keen Eye - The Pokemon's accuracy cannot be lowered.
Sturdy - OHKO moves will not work on this Pokemon.
Tier:  OU
Stats:

HP         65
Atck       80
Def        140
Sp. Atck 40
Sp. Def   70
Speed    70

Author's Opinion: This is one of the best Physical Walls in OU. He has Roost to recover damage, as well as access to Stealth Rock and Spikes. WhirlWind makes it a good Phazer. I'm considering using one on my team. Smiley

Recommended Movesets:

Nature: Impish
Item: Shed Shell/Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP/64 Attack/176 Defense/16 Speed
~ Drill Peck/Brave Bird
~ Spikes/Stealth Rock
~ Whirlwind
~ Roost

The most popular set for Skarmory is right here. Yes. Above you. Brave Bird gives Skarmory a good STAB, at the cost of HP. Drill Peck is the weaker alternative, but doesn't affect his HP. Spikes and Stealth Rock is an option for entry hazards, and Skarmory is one of the few good Spikes in OU. Stealth Rock is an option if you are having trouble with Salamence or Gyarados or anything that is weak to rock. Whirlwind is preferred over Roar, since there are rare cases of Baton Passing Soundproof Mr. Mime. Roost is there to recover HP. Keen Eye is preferred, as OHKO moves are banned.

Your choice of items is up to you: Shed Shell or Leftovers. Shed Shell helps you flee from Probopass and Magnezone, while Leftovers lasts you a little longer.

Countering Skarmory:
Magnezone and Probopass are Skarmory's worst nightmares, as their Magnet Pull ability can trap you if you do not have Shed Shell equipped. they can now proceed to Taunt you or hit with Thunderbolts for the OHKO.

Special sweepers with Fire or Electric moves moves should have no problem taking it down. Heatran resists all its STAB moves and hit back with its Fire moves.

Stat uppers can hurt Skarmory badly if Skarmory can't Whirlwind them away.

Okay, since he has overlapping types, I might as well post a plan for my team(which has a weakness to fire, but due to Stealth Rock, fire type is not so common, but fire moves may still be, but whatever). Please add comments about it, and critisize it(but hel[pful critisism).

Scisor @Life Orb
Adamant Technician
4HP 252Atk 252Spe
-Bullet Punch
-Swords Dance
-Roost
-X-Scissor/Superpower
BP gets Technician, Life Orb and STAB boosts, making it my main atk, and also gets powered up by a Swords Dance. Roost recovers Life Orb recoil, while X-Scissor gets Stab, but Superpower hits harder.

Breloom @Toxic Orb
Adamant Poison Heal
EVs?
-Swords Dance
-Mach Punch
-Facade
-Seed Bomb
Stay alive one turn, then heal myself with Poison Heal(and T-Tar's Sandstream doesn't affect Breloom thanks to this). Mach Punch gets over his Speed, Facade becomes 140 Base Power, and Seed Bomb adds coverage and kills Swampert. Swords Dance boosts my atk.

Porygon-Z @item
Timid Adaptability
4HP 252SpAtk  252Spe
-Tri Attack
-Discharge/Dark Pulse
-Ice Beam/Substitue
-Nasty Plot
May switch for a Batton Passer. Tri Atk is my main move, while Ice Beam/Discharge mimics the BoltBeam, but with 30% chance of paralysis with a lower base power. Nasty Plot adds power.
I can also hide behind a substitute and power up with NP, then fire off Tri Atk or Dark Pulse to hit every type.

Lucario @Choice Scarf
Modest Steadfast
4HP 252SpAtk 252Spe
-Vaccum Wave
-Aura Sphere
-Dragon Pulse
-Dark Pulse
Special Sweeper. Hits hard and fast, and on weakened enemies Vaccum Wave kills them off. Most people expect Physical Lucario, so this takes them for 1 surprise hit. Dragon Pulse for Salamance and coverage, while Dark Pulse hits ghosts.

Tyranitar @item
Adamant Sandstream
EVs?
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Crunch
-Pursuit/STealth Rock(if it learns that).
Powerful STAB moves + Earthquake make this a powerful pkmn. Lucario and Scisor are unnafected by sandstorm, and Breloom continues to recover in it. Last Moveslot is open for anything(possibly Stealth Rock(does it learn this?) if I lead with T-Tar). Pursuit kills pokemon if they switch, while Crunch hurts them if they stay it.

Dusknoir @Leftovers?
Nature Pressure
EVs?
-Pain Split
-Shadow Sneak
-Will O Wisp
-?
Kills all hopes for Physical Sweepers, and recovers off damage with Painsplit. Shadow Sneak hurts weakened pokemon.

So yeah, please add comments and constructive critisism. I would like suggestions for a Baton Passer(but not Smeargle, even though he learns BP and Ingrain. Ingrain might actually hurt my team if they are forced to stay in). Ninjask is a possibility, but he's frail.

AAGH! My darned laptop went back to the last page and lost my post, I have to it ALL OVER AGAIN!!!

We don't think type overlaps are always bad. And i reccomend using Houndoom for your 6th Pokemon-you didn't have one. Although it has some weakness overlaps, it adds a fire and dark type to the mix, effective for bringing down the Lake Trio, among others. Check out Serebii's 4th Gen. Pokemon of the week for a moveset.

@Sage-All i can say is, use Fire/Thunder Punch for your final move on Dusknoir.
