Ability: Inner Focus - This ability prevents flinching. However, it will not nullify Focus Punch flinches.
          Steadfast - When this Pokemon flinches, its Speed increases by one stage.

Author's Opinion: This thing has a versatile movepool, but once one of its moves are revealed, it's whole movepool is discovered easily. Although it has average speed, it has Extremespeed and Vacuum Wave at its disposal. Overall, a good Pokemon.

Recommended Movesets:
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
Ability: Inner Focus
Item: Life Orb
EVs: 4 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed
~ Swords Dance
~ Close Combat
~ ExtremeSpeed
~ Stone Edge/Ice Punch/Crunch

Swords Dance up and sweep. Bai. WAIT. Stone Edge covers Salamence and Gyarados and does neutral to Gliscor, Lucario's worst enemy. If that is a problem, Ice Punch is an option. Crunch gets rid of the annoying walling Ghosts and Psychics.

Nature: Modest/Timid
Item: Choice Specs
EVs: 4 HP/252 Sp. Attack/252 Speed
~ Aura Sphere
~ Shadow Ball
~ Hidden Power (ROCK)/Hidden Power (ICE)
~ Vacuum Wave

Aura Sphere and Shadow Ball make an amazing combo, taking out the Psychics and Ghosts that wall it, and what's more is that it can get past physical walls amazingly. Hidden Power Rock for Gyarados and Salamence and a 2HKO on Gliscor with Stealth Rock factored in, and HP Ice dents Gliscor and Salamence badly, at the cost of Neutral damage on Gyarados.  

Vacuum Wave gets past its average Speed.

But this thing is walled by Blissey.

Countering Lucario:

There is no counter to both Physical and Special sets.

Physical: Gliscor can take on any Physical Set without Ice Punch and Earthquake for the OHKO.

Without Stone Edge, Gyarados can wall it.

Without Ice Punch or Stone Edge, be prepared to be decimated by Salamence.

Without Crunch, Cresselia, Rotom-A, and Dusknoir are examples of Pokemon that can wall it.

Special: Blissey can wall Special Lucario and set up with Thunder Wave to slow him down, or hit with Flamethrower or Seismic Toss. It can also heal off damage with Softboiled or Wish.

Spiritomb can wall it with ease since it is neutral to Shadow Ball. Gyarados can switch in on anything not Hidden Power Rock and hit back hard with its attacks.

Heatran can switch in and use its Fire moves or Earth Power to finish it.

Cresselia, Dusknoir, and any other bulky Psychics and Ghosts can wall it with ease. Beware Shadow Ball though.  

Magnezone can trap it and do 75% damage with Thunderbolt, but beware its Fighting Moves.

I need a fast way to EV train my Scyther!! I'm doing attack right now, fishing around Lake Verity. That should help with Attack, but I need a quicker way for speed than Starly...

Hey, I just realised that my in-game name lacks a 5000; it doesn't fit. =P

A question of items. For both my Torterra (Phys Sweep) and my Togekiss (Paraflinch), Leftovers are recommended. However, if they were both to have leftovers, it'd break Item Clause. So my question is, who gets leftovers and what shold the other have?

Maybe If U had it, give torterra an iron ball which makes flying pokemon not have the levitate ability so then u could use earthquake and pummel them. If U need me to explain this more. Just ask!!!! :-X

Iron Ball only does that if the flying pokemon in question is holding it.

I would like to make it clear that besides GSC coming three years after RBY, and besides XD coming five years after Colloseum, there are no other confirmed timeline connections.  Anyone who says otherwise is basing this off of assumptions and fallacies.  The anime and manga are based off of the games, not the other way around.  Any other timeline comparisons are only fanbased speculation.  

I'm putting more work into the tournament when I can.  However, I'm very busy nowadays, considering I'm back in school with very tough classes, as well as marching band.  However, I'll get some more work done this week.

Except, D/P/Pt and HG/SS happening around the same time is generally confirmed with all the stuff, like Cynthia in HG/SS, and Jasmine in D/P/Pt, along with the Red Gyarados mentions in D/P/Pt. Granted, it's not 100%, but I expect that if Jasmine mysteriously disappears to Sinnoh, or says she's just returned or something, then it will be 100% confirmed.

Sure, R/S/E still doesn't have a clear timeline place, thanks to no real hints, and the FR/LG and R/S/E thing is just a fan guess, but it would make sense as it doesn't require a Time Capsule or a Pal Park(Which is another way that D/P/Pt is similar to G/S/C's originals. It had a way to interact with the gen before it.) to trade between them... But that's speculation until more info.

And the only reason we brought up the manga is because it follows the actual release, unlike these games. So it was brought up to confirm the timeline wasn't the same. And we all know the anime doesn't hold any credit timeline wise, I mean I don't think Ash has had a birthday yet, so that should tell you something there. =P


/EDIT: I just got hax'ed by Argenta. Of course she had to toss out Glaceon against my Garchomp that doesn't have the Ice blocking berry. And of course it has to faint me in one hit while I only take off like a third of it's HP. >_>
